Teflon Coated Steel Belts

The Teflon coating has many advantages,such as good non-sticking,wear-resisting,corrosion resistance,high and low temperature resistance ect.It can work at -190°C~320°C.If the Teflon is coated on the steel belt surface, It can be applied to the continuous production of some sticky products. In this way, the product can be easily separated from the mold.

The Teflon coating with black,green and grey three colorscan be sprayed and sintered on the steel belt surface at present.The coating thickness is from 0.01mm to 0.025mm.And the adhesion of coating is very good.It can be used for tubles heat sealing ABL & PBL tubles and plasic bags,solar cells welding,images checking,etc.
