Medium wide steel, also known as medium wide steel strip, is within 1300mm in width, and the length is slightly different according to the size of each roll. Generally supplied in rolls, it has the advantages of high dimensional accuracy, good surface quality, easy processing, and material saving. Same as steel plate, medium wide-band steel is divided into ordinary strip steel and high-quality strip steel according to the materials used; hot-rolled strip steel and cold-rolled strip steel are divided according to processing method.
The medium wide-band steel is rolled by the continuous casting billet direct hot charging technology and is the raw material of cold-rolled strip steel, cold-formed steel, welded steel pipe and other steel materials. It is widely used in the automobile industry, machinery manufacturing industry, construction engineering, daily hardware and other fields .
The production process of cold-rolled strip steel is generally: pickling → rolling → process lubrication → annealing → leveling → shearing → packaging.

1. Hot-rolled ordinary carbon structure wide-band steel (GB3524-83)
The hot-rolled ordinary carbon strip steel is made of ordinary carbon structural steel, and is hot-rolled into strip steel with a thickness of 1.80-6.00mm and a width of 50-1200mm.

Mainly used for the manufacture of cold-rolled billets, cold-formed steel billets, welded steel pipe billets, bicycles, and hardware products.
